LENTEN THOUGHTS

Hello beautiful people and hello beautiful planet!

Finally, spring has sprung. I so love it when the weather is changing especially the coming of spring because it signifies happy days outside. Beach, sun and sand soon. Summer is not that far though the blooming flowers of spring is beautiful in the eye. And it also means that whatever situation you are in right now it will not be forever and it will surely change in a couple of time. So if you are in a bad situation remember that no storm last forever and if  you are in a good one, enjoy while it last. Carpe Diem!

It’s Lenten season and I got some thoughts and reflections lately. I am not perfect and in fact I am very far from that but I always try to be good especially I am a mother to a wonderful baby boy.

I am not a very religious person but I do pray, a lot. I talk and write to God. Going to church everyday doesn’t mean you are nice if your soul is pure of anger and hatred. Praying is useless if you are hating.

I realized when people are unhappy with their lives they throw it to you to infect you with their sad lives. They make issues out of small things to defend their frustrations. People just doesn’t care with one another. The lowest class of human are the ones that make negative thoughts out of positive one. Who wants a fight? No one right? But a frustrated and sad person would love to start a fight and create non sense issues to infect the other. They want to spread a bad virus out of nothing. They speak their own thoughts and give it to you where in fact your mind is far from that. People have diffferent opinions and these differences can lead to troubles. Respect begets respect. Respect is earned.

PRIDE is one of the capital sin together with envy. Instead of answering with pride answer with humility and pray for the lost soul.

1 Peter 5:8

Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.

“Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven;

When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul.

FORGIVE. I just let go and forgive and pray for them everytime I encounter people like these. Maybe they are having a hard life. They have failed relationships. They aren’t happy. I want them to be happy and when they are they will start spreading love and not anger. How can someone spread anger if he is happy right? How can someone think negative out of positive when he is happy. Sad people spread negative thoughts.

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Ephesians 6:4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

Deuteronomy 4:9 “Only give heed to yourself and keep your soul diligently, so that you do not forget the things which your eyes have seen and they do not depart from your heart all the days of your life; but make them known to your sons and your grandsons.

Deuteronomy 11:19 “You shall teach them to your sons, talking of them when you sit in your house and when you walk along the road and when you lie down and when you rise up.

PARENTING. My husband and I share responsibility in raising our son. No help from othe people and I am very proud about it. I am a mother and not a virtual one. I can hold and kiss my son 24/7  and never miss any development of him. I am so over the moon spending each day with my son. This is God’s greatest blessings for me. I am not against those who are working to provide their children but it is of pure joy to a mother to be with their baby each and every milestones. Kids needs attention after all. They don’t care about what brand of clothes they wear, how expensive and posh it can be, what kind of toys they have but they need your attention and guidance as parents. When they grow old they will not remember the brand of clothes they wore or the posh toys you gave but they will cherish and remember the memories you’ve made. I am so lucky I have the luxury of time to give to my son. I am also thankful to my husband for being such a responsible father. We are not perfect, we have fights too but at the end of the day, you’ll see yourselves as a family. Family is forever. No matter what happen they are the ones who are with you all the way. TIME is the best investment to our children. Growing up is crucial. TIME with parents is the most important. Family is love and God is love.

We reflect and pray not only during Lenten season but we reflect and think about our spiritual health each and every moment of our lives.
